If you have Premium Access and it is no longer allowing you to download imagery or view images in the Preview Gallery it is likely to be one of two things.
One of the most common yet easy to resolve issues is that you are not logged in. Check that you are logged in and if so, log out then log back in again. It may also be worth clearing your browser cache before doing this.
If you still can’t download imagery you may have reached your download limit. Contact us if you think this might be the case.
